Reading and researching a particular subject can benefit your whole life by giving you a better understanding of yourself and others, helping you create new ideas, reducing stress about past mistakes, and fostering hope.

Research has shown that the more you read, the better your cognitive skills which are important when you are looking for your dream partner.

So, here are my 8 book suggestions on finding your dream mate, dating behavior, and meeting new people. And as I read through these books, I’ll share my successes, or failures, with the world. Stay tuned.
