I found that by looking at my own body and TRYING to find myself beautiful I learned to be kinder and more forgiving to myself. I believe if we see more body types and sizes that we’ll find a new normal of “beauty”.
Looking at your body in a positive way, where you push the doubts away and affirm that you’re worth of loving yourself, can transform your self-esteem. Confidence is a muscle, you have to push it and work hard to make it stronger.
