Blogging can connect you with the most amazing people. On of these people is an 8 Women Dream favorite Gail Blanke, author of Throw Out 50 things – Clear the Clutter. Find your Life.
Gail is on the search for Charter Coaches, and writes the following to anyone who might be interested –
If you’re interested in exploring the role of a “Charter Coach” in the Throw Out Fifty Things Movement! I’m attaching a document that describes the Movement, its relevance to the times we’re living in, the Charter Coach training and the financial benefits of using the TOFT methodology.
Charter coaches – a total of approximately 25 individuals – will be our first wave of coaches and will set the standard for TOFT coaching. Ultimately, we plan to have hundreds – and eventually thousands – of coaches working both in person and online with TOFT participants. We have listed the ideal qualifications for the Charter group (which may be waived for certain individuals) and as we go forward with the recruiting of additional coaches, those requirements will no doubt evolve.
After you’ve had a chance to read the document, have visited www.throwoutfiftythings.com and have perhaps taken a look at the book, please call me at 212-752-3777 so we can set up time for a phone interview and eventually a conversation in person.
I love to quote the great Michelangelo’s response when he asked by a local patron of the arts who had been completely overwhelmed by the beauty and perfection of the statue of David, how he “knew to sculpt David.” Michelangelo replied, “Oh, David was always there in the marble. I just took away everything that was not David…” That’s the job of a TOFT coach: to help each participant blast their way through the “life plaque”
– both physical and emotional – that weighs them down and holds them back so they can be free to design (and execute) the next great segment of their lives.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
All the best,
Gail
If you are interested, here is the pdf document, Charter Coach. We are happy to get the word out that Gail is looking for coaches.
Thank you Gail for giving us the opportunity to feature your work — something we believe every dreamer should do before embarking on their dream path.
If you are interested in being a coach – please give her a call!
