Every day we must find the necessary motivation to work on our fitness dream goal.
It doesn’t matter if you are a dedicated fitness dreamer, or just starting on the path to find your own health and fitness, you must still find your reasons for pushing yourself.
There will be “those” days when you need a reminder why you should do what you need to do.
On the days when you can’t give yourself a good enough reason to put on your workout shoes and “just do it,” I’ve created a list of the best reasons I can think of to work on your fitness goal.
Just pick one from this list, put it on a Post-it note and place the note where you are forced to stare at it all day. Guilt is a powerful motivator too. Just ask your mom.
