We invite you this Valentines Day to take some time to sit down and create a “5o Things I Love” list.
Understanding what it is that makes you feel happy are the things you should be incorporating more of into your life in 2012. What we love is a signal to our brain, giving us clues about our life’s purpose and what big dream we should be working on. Paying attention to our “loves” tells us about what our spirit longs for.
Often, our truest passions emerge in our “love lists,” only to be ignored by our hectic lives. Allow yourself to think about what you love without worrying if it is crazy or unrealistic. Do you love writing? Painting by numbers? Dancing? Tending a garden? Getting back in touch with these passions is an important step in finding your dream. Just placing them on a list is the first step in celebrating what makes us special.
Allow yourself room to dream of the things you love this Valentine’s week.
