Wow, the day has finally arrived! We should be flying over your heads as you read this, or already in New York. It’s interesting when a dream comes true. This is a relatively new dream but a dream nevertheless. A lot of different emotions happen when you achieve a goal.
Here are some of the thoughts going through my head this week.
Excited about going on an adventure and experiencing new places.
Grateful for having such a supportive husband who helps his child (and wife) go on this exciting adventure, and for being an all-around good guy. (Especially when you leave for vacation on your 18th anniversary!)
Thankful for Catherine and her creation of 8 Women Dream to help all of us achieve our goals and get out of our comfort zones.
Sad to be away from my youngest daughter for a week but . . .
Happy that she will be staying with my wonderful parents.
Scared of flying!
Nervous about everything!
Guilty about taking my daughter away from her friends for a week, (and her end-of-the-school-year trip)
Anxious about what to expect.
Puzzled about what my next dream is going to be.
Excited about going on an adventure and experiencing new places.
So there you have it – a big dream coming true! I’ll have some pictures for you next week. I mentioned before that my daughter was interested in being part of a morning show audience, so we will be on Regis and Kelly Thursday. And many other adventures planned.
What can you do this week to take just one more step towards your big dream?
Who knows . . . you might end up in New York City!
