I was so busy making time to create, I kinda forgot the whole getting -my -$hit -together aspect of this dream of mine!
I am putting the sparklies down and backing away from the table. . .
So now to choosing the look of the cart for my eCommerce jewelry website. There is a programming/development concept of “buy verses build.”
When I worked in a corporate environment we got to spread out the options, determine the most time/cost effective, and go for either a “build” solution (code from scratch) or “buy” solution (a package that you would still customize, just not from the ground up).
I’m going with the later option for sanity sake!
I really like my place holder color scheme on my temporary splash page and am trying to find something with at least that impact (graphic, vector art, modern).
In the theme of getting feedback and being open to suggestions, I have a few options for those who care to cast their vote. Just imagine pretty necklaces and earrings in place of whatever products are shown here.
I know they are boring, so I’m planning on punching them up with my graphics and the jewelery photos of course!
Thanks for your help – you know I can always use it, even though I have a hard time asking.
Which one do you like?
